1அல்லேலூயா, கர்த்தருடைய ஊழியக்காரரே, துதியுங்கள்; கர்த்தருடைய நாமத்தைத் துதியுங்கள்.
Praise the LORD! Praise, you servants of the LORD, praise the LORD’s name.

2இதுமுதல் என்றென்றைக்கும் கர்த்தருடைய நாமம் ஸ்தோத்திரிக்கப்படக்கடவது.
Blessed be the LORD’s name, from this time forward and forever more.

3சூரியன் உதிக்கும் திசைதொடங்கி அது அஸ்தமிக்கும் திசைமட்டும் கர்த்தருடைய நாமம் துதிக்கப்படுவதாக.
From the rising of the sun to its going down, the LORD’s name is to be praised.

4கர்த்தர் எல்லா ஜாதிகள்மேலும் உயர்ந்தவர்; அவருடைய மகிமை வானங்களுக்கு மேலானது.
The LORD is high above all nations, his glory above the heavens.

5உன்னதங்களில் வாசம்பண்ணுகிற நம்முடைய தேவனாகிய கர்த்தருக்குச் சமானமானவர் யார்?
Who is like the LORD, our God, who has his seat on high,

6அவர் வானத்திலும் பூமியிலுமுள்ளவைகளைப் பார்க்கும்படி தம்மைத் தாழ்த்துகிறார்.
who stoops down to see in heaven and on the earth?

7அவர் சிறியவனைப் புழுதியிலிருந்து தூக்கிவிடுகிறார்; எளியவனைக் குப்பையிலிருந்து உயர்த்துகிறார்.
He raises up the poor out of the dust, and lifts up the needy from the ash heap,

8அவனைப் பிரபுக்களோடும், தமது ஜனத்தின் அதிபதிகளோடும் உட்காரப்பண்ணுகிறார்.
that he may set him with princes, even with the princes of his people.

9மலடியைச் சந்தோஷமான பிள்ளைத்தாய்ச்சியாக்கி, வீட்டிலே குடியிருக்கப்பண்ணுகிறார். அல்லேலூயா.
He settles the barren woman in her home as a joyful mother of children. Praise the LORD!
